What are the show hours?
General Admission:
• Friday, December 1: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday, December 2: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday, December 3: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
VIP Admission:
• Friday, December 1: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday, December 2: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday, December 3: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where is Los Angeles Comic Con?
Los Angeles Comic Con will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown LA. The address is 1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Where do I park?
There is parking available for $25/day at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Additional lots exist in the area but might fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early, carpooling or taking public transportation!
When and where can I pick up my badge?
General Admission badges can be picked up at the Attendee Badge Pickup in West Hall B of the Los Angeles Convention Center, unless you’ve selected to have your badge shipped.
VIP badges will be shipped directly to your home address.
ADA Badge Redemption will be located at the ADA Desk in the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Badge Pickup Hours:
• Friday, December 1: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday, December 2: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday, December 3: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Can I have my badge shipped in advance and avoid the Attendee Badge Redemption line?
Yes! For an additional $12/order, you can have your badge mailed directly to you. Just select “Shipping” at checkout!
When is the badge mailing deadline?
The deadline to have your badge shipped in advance is November 7, 2023.
Any badge purchased after the deadline will be available at Attendee Badge Redemption during designated hours.
When will my badge arrive in the mail?
Badges are expected to start shipping in mid-November. You will receive a tracking number at the time of shipment.
Can I buy a ticket for a friend?
Absolutely – You can purchase a ticket for as many people as you’d like! However, if the person you purchased a ticket for is over the age of 16, you must transfer the ticket to them prior to arriving at the event.
I bought a ticket for someone else! How do I transfer their ticket to them?
1. To manage your ticket purchase, please login to your My Tickets account.
• Please note that an account is created once a purchase is made and automatically linked to the email address used when a purchase is made through ShowClix. As such, there is no way to create an account prior to ordering a ticket.
• When logging in the first time, if you navigate directly to My Tickets instead of following the registration link sent via email, please select Forgot Your Password on the log-in screen to create your initial password.
2. Once logged in, click “Manage Los Angeles Comic Con Profile”.
3. Select “Transfer Items” in top right corner.
4. Enter the recipient email, select items to transfer, and hit “Transfer”.
5. Transfer Confirmation appears.
Can I pick up a badge for my friend?
You can pick up a badge for attendees 15 and under. Badges for attendees 16 and over must be transferred to the owner prior to the show.
The badge owner must be present at the time of badge pickup (badge ownership will be verified once the QR code is scanned).
Are kids free?
Kids 6 and under can attend Los Angeles Comic Con for free! Please note that while entry is free, every kid attending still needs a ticket, and all kids tickets must be purchased with an adult ticket – Just select a “Kids Pass” at checkout!
We’re also offering a special $20 Weekend Pass for kids 7-12.
What is your refund policy?
Any tickets purchased for the 2023 event are subject to normal, non-refundable ticket provisions unless the event is postponed or rescheduled.
In the event Los Angeles Comic Con 2023 is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically roll-over to the revised dates, unless specified differently at the time of sale.
Where can VIP and VVIPs line up for early entrance?
The VIP entrance is located at the Hall K Lobby in the South Hall. You can access the Hall K Lobby by going to the 2nd level behind the Compass Cafe in the South Hall Lobby.
A VIP entrance to West Hall will be announced closer to the show dates.
