Amazon Air Jet Crashes in Texas, With Three on Board Believed Dead
Three crew members are feared dead after a Boeing 767 cargo jetliner contracted by Amazon crashed into Trinity Bay near Anahuac Saturday afternoon.
Federal aviation officials have offered few details to explain why the aircraft plunged from the sky minutes before it was due at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and have yet to confirm fatalities, but Chambers County Sheriff Brian Hawthorne said the entire crew of Atlas Air flight 3591 has almost certainly been lost.
